Joseph Schriesheim
CEO
A South Florida native, Joseph has resided in Miami for the past thirty years and has witnessed the city’s ongoing development. He graduated from the University of Miami School of Business with a major in entrepreneurship in 2008. He has always been passionate about business, something instilled in him by his father, a distinguished professor of organizational behavior and leadership. His first construction-related job was at age 18 as a rough carpenter for a well-known custom home builder still active today.
Joseph has held a Certified Building Contractors license from the state of Florida since 2013. He has expertise in planning and project management and has acted as both a construction coordinator and on-site quality controller. He has worked in almost every trade and knows how things are put together. Completed projects range in diversity and include the renovations of multi-million-dollar estates, expansion of a dry-cleaning facility, and conversion of a 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse into an FAA certified turbine engine repair facility.
Gustavo Leon
Project Manager
Mr. Leon is finishing up a degree in construction management from FIU. He came to work for us two years ago after leaving his job as a warehouse manager for a medium size retail company. His background in coordinating teams, deliveries, returns, and other processes made the transition to construction relatively seamless. He thrives in high stress environments and always manages a way to deliver our projects on time and on budget.
Joseph Esquenazi
Project Manager
Mr. Esquenazi was formerly employed as a PM at Frontier, a national general contracting company. His duties included running multiple projects out of state and delivering the projects with short turnarounds. He decided to leave the company to settle into something a little slower in pace with more attention to architectural details and not commercial production work. Joe handles the back end of our projects, from owner selections to pay applications.
